At DokiDoki Cosplay, we want you to be fully satisfied with your transformation; if your costume doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn, include original tags, and remain in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Submit a Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging to initiate the return process.

  Wait for Approval

  Our quality control team will review your request within 48 hours to confirm the item is eligible for return based on our hygiene and condition standards.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Once approved, securely pack the costume in its original bag and ship it to our designated return warehouse using a tracked postal service.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After we receive and inspect the returned package, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-10 business days.
